From Idea to Greenlight

Albuquerque, NM — If you’re a New Mexico writer, producer or content creator interested in taking the next step, join Blue Sky Producers Lab for a panel discussion “From Idea to Greenlight — Making it Happen in New Mexico,” June 7 at this year’s Albuquerque Film and Music

Members of Blue Sky, an Albuquerque-based development company,
will discuss the process of getting a movie or TV show made, from development and finance to production and distribution.

The panel will include Kenneth Segura Knoll, Anthony DellaFlora, Sean Cardinalli, Daniel Landes and the company’s newest partner, entertainment lawyer Jose Jehuda Garcia.

“The addition of Jose, an entertainment attorney, to our team is part of the growth of the Blue Sky Producers Lab and gets us closer to greenlighting our first projects,” Knoll said.

The company currently has three projects in development, including a feature film, TV pilot and TV mini-series.

The panel, which kicks off AFME, will be held on June 7, from 10 am to noon in the Garden Room of the Crowne Plaza, 1901 University Blvd NE.

Tickets for the panel are $10, and can be purchased through the AFME website at www.abqfilmx.com/panels.

Additionally, Blue Sky Producers Lab will host a daily a four-hour afternoon live-streaming event during the AFME in the lobby of the Crowne Plaza, where filmmakers, panel participants, and festival VIPS will be interviewed. Clips and highlights of AFME will also be shown. The stream will air on Youtube and other social network sites and will be archived for
future viewing. Links to streams will be on the AFME website.
